DISTRIBUTION/OPERATIONS

Antalis Operations (Operations) have a common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all eight of the Antalis warehousing facilities using radio-frequency bar-code scanning technology. A world-class integrated Activity Based Costing program monitors resources, activities and financial aspects of all transactions.

To enable Operations to optimize utilization & efficiency, our vehicles' movements are monitored by satellite tracking at all times.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Antalis operates a fully integrated ACS-Embrace ERP software package. Antalis has made use of the software for over 20 years, which has been tailored to suit the needs of Antalis and its customers.

A sophisticated bar code based warehouse tracking system is employed to allow operators to be able to track customers' orders and provide instant feedback. Our Direct Customer Access (DCA) program allows customers to access any information about their account, orders or invoices.

Our logistics software provides end-to-end identification, tracking and control of your assets. This gives you the flexibility to utilize your space more profitably. Outsourcing your storage and distribution can be used to optimize your business, reduce or contain costs and can give you the competitive edge.

Our bar-coding system improves speed, accuracy, and control as well as cost effectiveness. All documentation is scanned and recorded within our network to facilitate speedy access to proof of delivery requests. Any order placed with us in the morning will be delivered the same day. Orders of the afternoon will be delivered the next morning.
Our facilities include container bays to facilitate the loading and off-loading of containers, which is available as a stand-alone service. With Internet access, our Direct Customer Access (DCA) program allows customers to access any information about their account, orders or invoices through a Virtual Private Network.
