Because we stock and sell the widest range of equipment and supplies, from digital cameras to printing blankets, we have the training, experience and spare parts to cater for many of the worlds major pre-printing systems.

WARRANTY

ANTALIS WARRANTY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS STATEMENT
The equipment purchased by you is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the period of the warranty is on the reverse of the warranty certificate.

Warranty includes:

  • On site support (08h15 - 16h30)
  • Labour and parts
  • Telephone support

What is excluded:

  • After hours support
  • Equipment service on request
  • Applications software support
  • Equipment failure due to external factors e.g.: power surges, lightening, inadequate operating conditions
  • Filters, curing lamps, wear & Tear consumables
  • Accomodation & Travel with a radius further than 75km

  • Warranty period subject to change by the manufacturer.
  • Warranty does not cover any consumable items such as: Flush fluid, any kind of filters, curing lamps and wear and tear parts
